Clear rules, fair terms.

By accessing and using CoTailr or related services provided by NexNimbus LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the services.

CoTailr provides AI-assisted resume and cover letter tailoring and related application tools, including:

• Profile and master-resume organisation
• Job description import and fit analysis
• Tailored resume, cover letter, and application pack generation
• Application tracking and related account features
• Early access, support, and product updates as they roll out

NexNimbus LLP may also offer broader automation and consulting services under the NexNimbus brand; those engagements may have separate statements of work.

To access certain features you may need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You agree to use CoTailr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Use the services to send spam or unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of resume, profile, and job materials you submit. You grant NexNimbus LLP a limited licence to process that content solely to operate CoTailr for you.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of facts you mark as locked or otherwise provide. CoTailr is a tooling aid; you remain responsible for applications you submit to employers.

CoTailr, its software, design, and branding are owned by NexNimbus LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or use our trademarks without authorisation, or remove proprietary notices.

For paid plans or credits, when billing is live:

• Fees are due as stated at checkout or on invoice unless otherwise agreed
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Late or failed payment may result in suspension
• Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase or in writing
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Early access features may be free or limited while billing is still rolling out.

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
• We will provide reasonable notice for planned outages when practical

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexNimbus LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of CoTailr or related services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexNimbus LLP from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the CoTailr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data subject to legal retention needs
• Outstanding payments become due immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect

These Terms are governed by applicable law in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, otherwise in courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangalore, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
